The distinction between “mind” and “body” (Health and Fitness) is commonly made. It’s important to remember that mental and physical health are intertwined and should not be treated as separate entities.
Physical activity has numerous health and fitness benefits.
Being physically fit is critical for the following reasons:
- If you engage in frequent physical activity, you could be at risk of developing type 2 diabetes.
- To prevent a heart attack from happening to you.
