Depression is very common and a severe disease which can be found in any person of any age. It results in sadness, dizziness, and inability to work effectively. Fortunately, it’s treatable and with certain medications, one can get relief from it.

It is not always possible to find the cause of depression. There can be various sources, in fact, it’s very difficult for one to accept about that they are suffering from depression

Mental disorder and muscle pain share the same body structure. They are totally correlated. It is said that people having depression are very prone to muscle and neck pain. They are not able to work for longer in the same position.

The depressed person often lacks in making decisions and then memorizing them. They tend to forget things and people very easily. It might be a case when they meet a person a day prior and then they are not able to recognize them.

Same happens with their decision-making ability too. They are not able to jump on to a conclusion easily.

Lower interest in physical life

People suffering from depression lack interest in physical life. They generated an imbalance between their work life and sex life. Their partner often complains about their lower interest.

Insomnia or hypersomnia

We all know that minimum 8 hours of sleep are recommended by doctors to normal people. This sleep comes from a cycle in the mind and in depressed people case this cycle is broken.

They may sleep till down or spend their life like an owl.

There may be some cases when you feel a bit disappointed or you are annoyed but just try to understand the position of the person suffering from that disorder.

Listen to them

Keep in mind that he is slow in the process. Be patient, don’t give vague expressions. Make him feel comfortable with you.

Educate your kids/loved ones

If the depressed person is a teenager or younger then parents should spend quality time with them. Parents should search more about the problem and they inform kid also.

As sometimes kids do develop a feeling of suicide just because of this disorder. So they need to be properly monitored.

Help them with their medication routine

Sometimes people with depression need to take medicine on the regular basis. So being their closest one you should remind them about taking medicines.

One more thing not to do is don’t question the medicine they are taking it may give them a feeling of discomfort or something like you don’t trust their decision.

Don’t ever get angry with them

A normal person can’t even think what is actually happening to them. Just think of that sleepless night. They need to deal with this every day

By this, I don’t mean you need to be constant support of a mentally unwell person. But just think of a situation when your every loved one is saying that you are overreacting.

  • Encourage them for work-life balance
  • Talk seriously about suicide issues
  • Help them in their physical task
  • Let them take some decisions
  • Respond to emergencies
  • Equip them with some physical activities
  • Don’t give up too soon

I personally have a friend who is suffering from this problem. Her mood fluctuates every single second. Sometimes I am also tired of her but while writing this article for you people I somehow get to know that how I should deal with her.

Finally, I just want to say that believe in yourself and your work. Problems lie in every person. Nobody is perfect just the way you are. You are special in you’re your sense.
